Thank you for your interest in our Continuing Education Programs.  Suwannee River AHEC strives to provide professional trainings that are intuitive, relevant and low cost.  Many of our trainings through collaboration with our partners have reduced fees or are free.  These free and/or low cost trainings are offered in a variety of formats to include: conferences, brown bag programs, web-based live events, enduring or on-line web-based events facilitated at the convenience of the participant. We have highlighted a few of these programs below.  If you have questions regarding our trainings or are interested in offering trainings you may contact Susie Lloyd via email or phone 386-462-1551 ext 105.

Brown Bags

Suwannee River AHEC has provided thousands of hours of free continuing education to our partners in the local county health departments.  Unfortunately, due to drastic budget cuts we must cancel the remaining programs that were sheduled for the remainder of the year.

We are however, committed to providing quality professional education trainings to assist our healthcare professionals and we are actively looking at alternative low cost training methods.

Please check back with us to get the latest updates.

If you have any questions,  you may contact Susie Lloyd for more information.

The new brown bag schedule for 2009-2010 is almost complete! Due to scheduling conflicts with the mass H1N1 clinicals, we have scheduled brown bag programs beginning in January 2010. The new schedule will be posted by December 15, 2009.
