your next health professional conference or event. Our services are
hassle-free, affordable and customizable. We can provide the following:
Program Development:
Forming a planning committee, conference objectives, appropriate
learning activities, and securing speakers.
Program Administration:
Negotiating with conference locations, corresponding with
speakers, coordinating logistics and designing special events.
Continuing Education:
Use of our provider accreditation for a variety of health
professional continuing education credits.
Marketing:
Designing and developing promotional materials and direct
mail/electronic marketing.
Financial Administration:
Planning and developing the conference budget. Monitoring and
managing income and expenses.
Registration:
Providing a variety of registration options, collecting
registration fees, compiling participant rosters, and awarding
certificates of attendance.
On-Site Coordination:
Coordinating room set-up, technical support, exhibits, and meal
functions.
Program Evaluation:
Designing comprehensive evaluation tools and compiling the summary
and analysis of evaluation results.
Program Wrap-Up:
Providing a final participant roster, settling outstanding
financial obligations, and any post-conference correspondence.
